How do I know what shoe size to order?

Generally, running shoes run a bit smaller than your normal, everyday dress or casual shoe. Your running shoe size is generally one-half size larger than your normal shoe size. Also, keep in mind that your size may vary by model. You can check the Special Fit/Feature Considerations which is available on the Runningcenters.com detail page of every shoe in the bottom right corner of the page. For example, if a shoe feature indicates “runs small”, we recommend you order a minimum of one full size over your normal dress shoe size. Still not sure? How long will it take to ship my order?

We work hard to ensure your order is processed within 24 hours of receiving your order (during normal business hours and days). We will send you the status of your order to confirm shipment or we will give you the estimated shipping date. How long does it take to process my refund if I return my order?

Once we receive your return, you should allow 5 business days for us to process a credit to your credit card or issue a refund to your PayPal account.

How long does it take to receive a backordered item?

When you place an order with RunningCenters.com, we send you an email within 24 hours (during normal business hours and days) to confirm shipment or give you the estimated day we expect to ship your order complete. In most cases, backorders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days.

When do you charge my credit card?

Your credit card is charged at the time of shipment. If there are multiple shipments on one order, your credit card will be charged only for the items that we ship, when we ship them. Any applicable freight charges (on expedited orders) are added to the first shipment only. There are no subsequent charges for freight if we are unable to ship your order complete.

I've purchased a Running Center Virtual Gift Card but the recipient hasn't received any emails

I'm trying to pay with a credit card but I get an error: This transaction cannot be processed. Error Code: 15005

The issuing bank of the credit card has declined the payment. Please contact your bank to find out the exact reason for the decline. Please also make sure that your billing information provided on the order matches the credit card billing information exactly.

What if I pay by PayPal and my item is backordered?

If you pay for an order using PayPal and the item(s) you ordered are not available to ship right away, we will email you the estimated shipping date. If this is unacceptable, you may request cancellation of the order, and the hold on your PayPal funds for the order will be released within 24 hours (during normal business hours and days).
