Running Center Return Policy

If you do not love your purchase in the first 30 days, simply return it in the original box or package for an exchange or store credit.  

New and unused shoes, apparel or accessories in original packaging with tags on may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Shoes that have been worn but are within the 30 day return window may be exchanged.

Sorry, no returns on nutrition products.

We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.

Items may be returned in-person at any Running Center location or by mail. If returning by mail, return shipping is the responsibility and expense of the customer. Please use a trackable return label. Running Center is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please include order number with online returns.

  • Closeout/Clearance items, holiday or seasonal items and Gift Cards are ineligible for exchange or refund.

  • Manufacturer's box must not be used as external shipping container, please do not use tape on the manufacturer's box.

  • If you believe an item is defective, please indicate the defect on the packing slip included with your shipment. Defective items are subject to inspection before any credits or exchanges can be given.
